Overview

Blythe Castle was founded durring the early 12th century in winter of the year 1105, by Có̄̄bó̄̌ Jó̄s 'Magic Jade' Cú̄y Ca̋nvé Ya̋chvó̄b Scotten. The establishment of Blythe Castle was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Blythe Castle's construction back out of the project. Có̄̄bó̄̌ Jó̄s 'Magic Jade' Cú̄y Ca̋nvé Ya̋chvó̄b Scotten pushed on reguardles, and Blythe Castle was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Blythe Castle was built using the conventions of Sylvin durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Blythe Castle is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Blythe Castle is was constructed arround several narrow gravel mainstreets which cross one another at certain axies, with smaller streets branching off of them to premit acess to the many buildings deeper into the road network. The overall fashion is remenessent of a circulatory system, or other organic construct, and is quite effishent in its design. The city is the proud owner of a properly designed set of renforced walls made from mighty querried stone blocks. Their construction and material choices would make a dwarf weap with joy, for each and every part of the elaborate fortifications are purly functional and robust well byond reason. Even nonexperts can tell the walls are an excelent defencive structure. Astonishigly, the exceptionaly well made fortifications are in pristine condishion, as if they had just been finished before you laied eyes upon them.

Blythe Castle has the unmistakable air of a city on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Blythe Castle ’s existence has dried up and the city is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up. The locals seem to have responded to their slow downfall by recreating Blythe Castle as one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Orderly byond order is a phrase which the city brings to mind.
